Most frequent questions and answers
After you have paid for your membership subscription, fill out all of the profile information. Go to the request a consultation section to schedule a one-time (1 hr. call) discovery call. To make the conversation beneficial, fill out anything you think the consultant should know. If you need additional time, the a la carte section will have a section for you to add how much time you need starting at 30-minute increments.
you will have an assigned consultant for your needs, if you would like to change the person, contact us and that can be arranged.
First consultation call will be a voice call. It consists of you giving the assigned consultant an introduction about what you do, your needs as an artist, business owner, job seeker, employment etc.
The consultant will give you information about the company and answer all of your questions. Also, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours detailing the summary of the call. This includes a set planner task until you and the consultant speak again. Additional time can be purchased prior to your next session.
If you have a membership, you and the consultant will communicate once a month for a minimum of 30 minutes to discuss updates on your progression, and the next steps as needed.
If not a Rocberry member , then just book a-la-carte consultation time.
Payment cannot be refunded unless you have completed all the steps on you profile, and you have not received services within 10 days of the initial sign up. If you cancel a consultation or not request services that is not equivalent to the statement above.
